Terms & Conditions:
1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions
of entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia.
3. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
4. Entrants may be under 18 years of age but the prize will be
addressed to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf if
they are the winner.
5. The winner must notify us of postal address and phone
number at time of competition entry.
6. Promotion commences April 10th and closes 15/05/10 at
Midnight AEDST.
7. Only correctly completed entries meeting the conditions of
entry will be accepted. This is a game of skill and chance
plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be
individually judged based on genuine merit of entry. Judges
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The best entry, as determined by the judges in their sole
discretion will be declared the winner and will be awarded
the prize of 1 x Best & Less Gift Card valued at $500.00.
9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot
be taken as cash.
10. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or
misdirected emails.
11. The winner will be notified by phone, mail and published
on the website.
12. The winner will be sent their prize by mail and their name
and suburb will be published on our website on the 31st May
following the promotion.
13. If the winner cannot be contacted after numerous
attempts and the prize remains unclaimed after three
months, the Promoter will notify the runner up entrant.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss for personal injury which is
suffered or sustained as a result of taking of the prize except
for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. By entering this competition entrants may receive
marketing offers from The Promoter.
16. Employees and agents of the promoter, Andorra Pty Ltd
and Best & Less are not eligible to take part in this
competition.
